A sensational three-ingredient salted caramel spread made from dates. It’s healthy and packed with nutrients.

25 medjool dates
1/4 cup coconut milk
pinch of salt
Method
- Remove the pits from the dates and soak them in hot water for 30 min.
- Drain the liquid and transfer the dates to a food processor or high-speed blender. Add in the coconut milk and salt and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
