In terms of ice cream recipe, I don’t think there is anything easier than doing a banana ice cream. You can add some peanut butter, or some cacao powder to spice it up a bit. In the recipe below, I’m using some cacao powder.

Ingredients

1 servings

  • 2 bananas, ripe
  • 2 tsp hcacao powder

Method

  1. Cut the ripe bananas into big chunks and freeze them overnight (or longer).
  2. In a blender, blitz the frozen banana with the cocoa powder until smooth.

Eat straight away.
